The CPCSSN is a pan-Canadian collaboration of practice-based research and surveillance networks that collects, formats, and merges patient-level primary care EMR data [5]. As of December 31, 2020, CPCSSN contained data from two million de-identified primary care patients (including over 1.3 million adults aged 19+) and more than 1,300 primary care physicians’ practices across eight provinces.
