LUBBOCK, Texas — Sophia Lynn Anciso, 30, and Sipriano Aguirre III, 31, were arrested after a baby was hospitalized for possible narcotic exposure, according to court documents obtained on Monday. The two were arrested on April 17 in the 1500 block of 45th Street, according to public record. Court records said police were called for a disturbance. Officers arrived, and Anciso told police the baby boy was acting strange.

LUBBOCK, Texas — Tommy Garcia, 64, was arrested and accused of sexually assaulting one child and having inappropriate sexual contact with another child, according to court records recently obtained by EverythingLubbock.com. Garcia was arrested on April 16 in the 600 block of 38th Street. Court records stated the investigation began in May of 2024, when police were called to a residence for a sexual assault.

LUBBOCK, Texas — Court records obtained on Thursday revealed Oluwatobi Banire, 24, was arrested after he was accused of inappropriately touching himself in front of children at a Lubbock grocery store. Court records said on April 7, officers responded to the 6300 block of 4th Street for a civil disturbance. Officers met with store management, who provided security footage.
