    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Metro Nashville Police Department has announced the arrest of two men in connection with a robbery-related shooting at a gas station last week. MNPD said that two men, Jalan Armstrong, 27, and Antoine Anderson, 39, are facing charges after a 45-year-old victim was shot during a robbery in the Shell parking lot in the 1100 block of Gallatin Pike. The victim was found with a serious gunshot wound to his upper arm by responding officers at about 11 p.m. on May 8.

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A man was hit and killed by a train in Antioch on Tuesday morning, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department. Officers responded to the railroad tracks behind the 5200 block of Hickory Hollow Parkway to reports of a man being hit by a CSX train. First responders arrived at the scene to find the man dead, lying face down under a train car. Police said the train was found just behind 510 Collin Park Drive due to the time it took to come to a complete stop.
