    CASTLETON, Vt. – Salem State men's lacrosse made the trek to Vermont this afternoon to take on the Spartans of Vermont State Castleton for a Little East Conference (LEC) bout. The Spartans were able to outscore the Vikings by eight goals in the first half to guide them to the 16-5 victory, dropping Salem to 4-7 on the season and 0-4 in LEC play.
