    The Delhi Bench of Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) has ruled on the service tax liability on handling charges collected by car dealers in the case of M/s Sky Automobiles Versus The Principal Commissioner. The bench of Justice Dilip Gupta (President) and P.V. Subba Rao (Technical Member) has observed that the invoices are issued by the appellant as authorised dealer of Maruti Suzuki.
