On January 27, the White House ordered a temporary pause, via an internal memorandum, on certain grants and loans disbursed by the federal government in order for each federal agency to review their federal financial assistance programs to identify if any of those programs have been impacted by President Trump’s Executive Orders.1OMB has stated that any program that is not implicated by the above-referenced Executive Orders is not subject to the funding freeze.
