One of the most popular brands of organic milk is recalling thousands of cartons over spoilage concerns. The voluntary recall is for Horizon Organic’s 8-ounce Aseptic Plain Whole Milk. Aseptic milk is milk that’s shelf stable and should stay good in your pantry for up to six months. Nearly 20,000 cases are affected. The impacted cartons have best-by dates between March 3 and March 7. They were sold in single or 12 packs. The FDA said the milk can spoil earlier than those sell-by dates.
