Tropical Storm Beryl is getting stronger as it closes in on the Texas coast for a Monday landfall near between Rockport and Sargent, likely near Matagorda Bay. As of 4pm, Beryl had maximum sustained winds of 65MPH. It is expected to become a hurricane again before landfall.
