Hi and welcome back to Brand Baby. I took a little break for the past few weeks to continue getting settled in San Francisco, celebrate my birthday (26 woohoo!!), and spend time with my mom and sister who were in town for MDW. It’s been so fun and absolutely stunning here. Some little glimmers of the city from the past few weeks:Before we get into today’s issue, WHAT ABOUT THAT RHODE ACQUISITION, huh?? I think it’s great for both brands.

Hello and happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend & Mother’s Day. I’m publishing a special Monday edition because the lovely folks at Hinge reached out to me to share their new five-part weekly Substack series withinthe second installment of their “No Ordinary Love” campaign.

A few weeks back, I reached out to who writes the amazing publication (go check it out if you haven’t yet!) to meet up for coffee. I just moved to San Francisco from New York, and I was hoping to make a new friend and chat Substack stuff with Madison. Little did I know that Madison did the exact same move (for many of the same reasons – which I’ll get into in a reflection piece soon!) just around 6 months ago, so she had a lot of wisdom to share.

Good morning! I hope you’re having a good week. I don’t know about you, but I am TIRED. I had been meaning to write this post all week, and then I spent most of last night flipping between the Karen Read docuseries on HBO (thanks for the rec) and Pinterest, and all of a sudden it was late and I hadn’t written anything.

Hi! Iām writing to you from gorgeous San Francisco this week. Actually, itās been quite chilly (definitely colder than NYC), but itās beautiful nonetheless. This week, Iām sharing a few fun things on my mind, including brands on my radar (for good and bad reasons) and some photos from the city. Maybe not for the exact right reasons, but fragrance brand Boy Smells has been on my radar for the past few days ever since their rebrand went viral for flopping.
