As expected, the Texas A&M baseball team is now no longer projected to make the NCAA Tournament. The Aggies took a significant hit to their postseason aspirations over the weekend, suffering a series sweep to last-place Missouri at home in Blue Bell Park. In their 64-team field projections last week, D1Baseball and Baseball America predicted A&M to make the cut as a three seed. But both outlets excluded the Aggies from their latest projections Wednesday.

For a second straight season, the Texas A&M football team will face Notre Dame in prime time this fall. When the Aggies play the Irish on the road Saturday, Sept. 13 for their third game of the 2025 season, it is set to begin at 6:30 p.m. CDT in Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Ind. The matchup will be televised on NBC. A&M opened last season with Notre Dame in the same time slot and lost, 23-13, at home in Kyle Field.
