The quartet of Horry County resident writers crowded into the front foyer of the independent book store at 325 Main St. in Conway for a multi-author book-signing event. Each manned a table lined with their latest and greatest published works, and fans got the chance to chat with the authors and get their books signed.

The Loris Planning Commission Thursday, May 22, voted unanimously to recommend that city council approve a Planned Development District agreement with Waccamaw Industrial Associates of Charleston.
