    ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A man pleaded guilty in Albany County Court on Thursday morning to a charge of second-degree burglary. The Albany County District Attorney’s Office said Kenneth Radley, 45, faces a possible sentence of seven to 10 years in prison. Radley confessed through his guilty plea that on Aug. 6, 2024, he entered an apartment at 99 South Lake Ave. Just after 5 p.m., the man who rents the apartment returned home from work while Radley was inside, the DA’s office said.

    BECKET, Mass. (NEWS10) — Becket Arts Center is working together with Queer Men of the Berkshires (Q-MoB) and the Berkshire Queer History Project for the first-ever Berkshire LGBTQ+ Pride Art Exhibit. The free exhibit runs June 12 through July 6 and features 13 established and emerging local artists. Officials with Q-MoB said the exhibition responds creatively to severe attempts to outlaw and defund all diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

    SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Officials have announced more safety protocols for the Belmont on Broadway concert on June 4, which kicks off the Belmont Stakes Festival. The Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce changed the concert’s start time to 7 p.m. Uprooted will hit the stage first, followed by Gin Blossoms at 8:30 p.m. The time change allows locals and beyond to spend an extra hour dining and shopping in downtown Saratoga Springs.
