BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The California Department of Social Services is a multi-million dollar cash cow to foreign thieves and has been for decades. On Monday, Feb. 3, the first business day of the month, hundreds of people arrived at the Kern County Human Services Department. On Friday morning, Baran went out of his way to make contact and intimidate our news team, before his attorney told him to stop. A pre preliminary hearing was scheduled for Friday, however it was postponed to early May.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — “Here on this hollow ground we honored five of our veterans who were laid to rest today without any known family present,” said Yolanda Crowe with the Bakersfield National Cemetery. “As you know, here, at any National Cemetery, but in Kern County we do not let our veterans go without patriotism, respect, and honor,” said Crowe. Micheal Veatch with the National Cemetery did roll call: Airman First Class Robert Carroll, United States Air Force.
