    MCCRACKEN COUNTY — Two Paducah residents were killed and one person was injured in a crash at Bleich Road and Elmdale Road in McCracken County Wednesday afternoon, the McCracken County Sheriff's Office confirms. According to a Thursday news release, 76-year-old Noah Miller was driving a Buick southbound on Elmdale Road at about 1:30 p.m., with 71-year-old Beverly Kenney as a passenger.

    At least 18 people were killed in Kentucky as violent storms swept across the state Friday evening, Governor Andy Beshear confirmed in a Facebook post Saturday morning. "Kentucky, we’re starting today with the tough news that we lost at least 14 of our people to last night’s storms, but sadly, this number is expected to grow as we receive more information. Please pray for all of our affected families," the post read.
