OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Investigators with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office are asking for help tracking down a group of cattle rustlers. ▶ WATCH CHANNEL 9 EYEWITNESS NEWSDeputies from their Agricultural and Marine Unit responded to Overstreet Ranching Ltd. on Joe Overstreet Road in Kenansville Wednesday for a report of missing cattle. According to the sheriff’s office, approximately 53 crossbred yearlings were removed from pens at the ranch’s headquarters between Sept. 3 and Sept. 22.

CLOUD, Fla. — A St. Cloud man was arrested Wednesday, accused of posing as a teenager on social media to convince actual children to share explicit images and videos of themselves with him. ▶ WATCH CHANNEL 9 EYEWITNESS NEWS59-year-old Charles Maitski was booked into the Osceola County jail Wednesday on 20 separate charges, including multiple counts each of possessing child sexual abuse material and directing or promoting a sexual performance by a child.

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — An Ormond Beach man was arrested Wednesday, accused of attacking a 17-year-old boy with a knife after the two got into an argument. ▶ WATCH CHANNEL 9 EYEWITNESS NEWSDeputies say the victim was jogging from one home to another just before 9:15 p.m. Wednesday when he crossed paths with a man on a bike, later identified as 34-year-old RJ Charles Phifer.
