Abortion advocates in four states have gotten constitutional amendments on their ballots, and similar attempts are under way in another 11 states. In some cases, the proposals call for legalizing abortion up to birth. Dr. Michael New of the Charlotte Lozier Institute is not too concerned, even though polling seemingly indicates those propositions have a large lead.

The director of a pro-life youth ministry says no amount or degree of pushback will sway him from proclaiming the truth about abortion. Bryan Kemper, who heads up Priests for Life's Stand True youth outreach, admits he was surprised over the general reaction to his recent post on X of a woman holding a sign that shows the real feet of an eight-week-old preborn baby girl who was aborted. "She'll never learn to walk," the sign reads.
