BRITAIN will host the first three stages of the world's most famous bike race. The Tour de France and Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift will both start in the UK in 2027, it has now been confirmed. England, Scotland and Wales will all host stages of the men's Tour de France, with millions set to line the streets to cheer on their heroes. The men's Tour will begin in Edinburgh before winding down into England and Wales.

MANCHESTER UNITED have announced a major change to Old Trafford that will see fans forced out of their seats. The Old Trafford club announced on Monday that season ticket prices would increase again, though u16s would see theirs frozen. In a further blow to supporters, however, the announcement confirmed fans with season tickets right behind the dugouts at Old Trafford will have to move to make way for a VIP hospitality area.

KYLIAN MBAPPE has made a shrewd investment in one of the most high-tech sports in the world. Real Madrid and France star Mbappé, 26, and his investment arm Coalition Capital have today been announced as new investors in the France SailGP Team. SailGP is a high-tech, high-speed sailing league, featuring 12 national teams each competing in 50-foot catamarans. The season kicked off in Dubai in January, before heading to Auckland and then onto Sydney.

NOTTINGHAM FOREST and Man City fans sent an emotional message of support to Stuart Pearce after the England great's health scare. The Sun revealed on Friday that Pearce had suffered a medical emergency onboard a trans-Atlantic flight, forcing it to make an emergency landing in Canada. During Saturday's lunchtime kick off between Forest and City - two of Pearce's former clubs - supporters stood for a round of applause in the third minute.
