Management of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (MM) in pregnancy is challenging. Due to the rarity of these cases a guideline is lacking. We report a case of a 37-year-old pregnant woman who was diagnosed with MM and a malignant spinal cord compression (MSCC) in her third trimester and was successfully managed by a multi-disciplinary team (MDT). This patient presented with left sided thoracic pain which started during the first trimester of her third pregnancy.
