These updates come as the impending statute of limitations deadline for 2021 ERC claims approaches. San Angelo is in Standard Conservation, which restricts outside watering to once every seven days at no more than 1 inch per week, no watering between noon and 6 pm. Hand watering of lawns, gardens, landscape areas, trees, shrubs or other plants being grown outdoors or foundations may be done on any day, except during the prohibited watering hours of noon to 6 p.m., provided the allowable application rate of 1 inch per week is not exceeded.
