The station is owned by Mission Broadcasting, while Nexstar Media Group, which owns the CBS affiliate KLST on channel 8, manages KSAN through joint sales and shared services agreements. Both stations operate from shared studios on Armstrong Street in San Angelo, and KSAN's transmitter is situated to the north of the city along SH 208.
