HARBIN, Feb. 14 (Xinhua) -- The cauldron for the 9th Asian Winter Games was extinguished at Harbin Ice-Snow World during the closing ceremony on Friday night. In the shape of a blooming lilac flower, the cauldron was ignited at the opening ceremony on February 7, inspiring over 1,200 athletes from 34 countries and regions across Asia to compete over the past week.
