Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) severely impacts patients’ health and quality of life. While genetic factors play a crucial role in its onset, exposure to environmental and occupational risk factors also significantly increases the risk of developing SLE. Existing predictive models often fail to adequately consider the influence of these factors on SLE development.
