I saw Funeral Songs for Dying Girls on a Halloween book display at my local library (which goes to show how long it can take me to finish a book). I saw that it was a young adult book about a girl who falls love with ghost, who happens to be another girl. I was immediately sold, first of all, I like reading books with sapphic protagonists, but also something about falling in love with a ghost fascinates me. Maybe it’s something about the idea of grieving someone whom you may have never met in life.
