New legislation is going to be introduced in Pennsylvania that is aimed at banning single-use plastic bags throughout the state. Single-use plastic bags have already been banned in Pittsburgh and in Philadelphia, but there's now talk of this happening on a statewide scale. Pennsylvania Senator Judith Schwank (D-Berks County) has plans to introduce legislation aiming to stop retailers across the state from using plastic bags.

Games resume at Jefferson Hills baseball field after vandals allegedly damage the property Police in Jefferson Hills say the people responsible for desecrating the main field at 885 Park early Saturday morning have been identified. Police say charges are pending against those accused of doing this. They did not say anything about who they are yet. KDKA-TV is working to learn more. Despite the damage, our national pastime found a way to continue there this weekend.

Nearly 60 people gathered to remember the lives lost of those who served our country on Saturday, and allow them to not be alone for those who may not be able to come and remember them. It's nearly double the number of people who came out for the Travis Manion Foundation's first year of "The Honor Project" at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. For someone like Angelic Smith, those moments hit home. "My husband was buried this time of year last year," she said.

It's cleanup time in the Bethel Park neighborhood after a water main break caused a mess Thursday night. Crews on Friday were working on restoring houses on Logan Road after the massive water main break. It's been an interesting time for residents. "That one there was goofy," said neighbor Richard Ferry. "Usually they go straight up in the air and follow the wind," he added. Not this one. It spouted right on top of a house. Disaster Restoration Services were on the scene Friday.
