A time of fellowship will be from 4-7 pm Wednesday, June 18 at Dingmann Funeral Home in Adrian, as well as one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Memorial service will be 11 am Thursday at the Salem Reformed Church in Little Rock, IA, officiated by Pastor Daniel Stanley. A private family burial will take place later.

With deep sorrow and steadfast hope in the promises of Christ, we announce that Phillip Paul Smith, age 79 of Worthington, MN, went home to be with his Lord and savior, on June 12, 2025, after a courageous battle, due to complications from cancer. Phil was born on August 5, 1945, in Minneapolis, MN, to Joseph and Mayme Smith. On May 28, 1966, he married the love of his life, Rita Bohn at Brewster, MN. He was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and a faithful servant of God.
