Australia’s regulator has increased the capital add-on applied to ANZ Group Holdings Ltd. to A$1 billion ($630 million) from A$750 million, according to a statement from the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority. APRA said it had “long-standing concerns over ANZ’s non-financial risk management practices and risk culture. These include weaknesses in ANZ’s operational risk and compliance management and a reactive risk culture.”

Building materials company James Hardie Industries has agreed to buy AZEK, a maker of outdoor living products, in an $8.75 billion deal. Under the terms of the agreement, AZEK shareholders will receive $26.45 in cash and 1.0340 ordinary shares of James Hardie for each share of AZEK common stock they own, according to a statement Monday.
