For the next three days, Northeast Ohio will be gripped by a violent, persistent cold. That isn’t hyperbolic clickbait. From Sunday night through Wednesday, wind chill conditions will make it feel like -24 degrees outside. That’s frigid enough to cause frostbite in less than 30 minutes, and prolonged exposure could cause hypothermia. Conditions are projected to be at their worst as Tuesday transitions into Wednesday, the National Weather Service warns.

The City of Cleveland announced it is opening warming center across the city on Thursday. The facilities are open to anyone seeking shelter due to the winter storm. However, the facilities will not provide overnight shelther. Anyone seeking overnight shelther should call 211, the city said in a statement, and they will be connected with appropriat resources. You can also call the Cuyahoga County Office of Homeless services and ask for coordinated entry at 216-674-7400.

So I'm aware in the manual you're not supposed to set the quickset date adjustment between 9pm-3am because you can damage the gears. Typically I wear it everyday and find I only have to wind it like once a month. I do 40 winds per manual when I do have to wind it. Once in a while I might go a day or 2 without wearing and sometimes it stops so I have to wind and reset to the correct time. So today it was stopped at 9:30. But obviously can't tell if it's AM or PM.
