Had to pvr the game - turned phone off to ensure no spoilers - and while it didn’t start well, it sure ended great. Exceptional final 50 minutes by the entire squad; LV missed Pietrangelo - and the net a lot - but Oilers clearly the better team and deserving of the series lead

What an unbelievable win by the Jets. Gutsy effort by a short handed squad against the hottest team the last two months of the season. Think they might’ve had all of Canada cheering them on - not sure you can say that about any of the other 6 Canadian teams. Congrats Winnipeg!

Yeah, not sure that third period could’ve gone much worse for the Avs players - and organization. Blowing a 2-0 lead to lose the series is one thing… but the player you gave away scoring the hattrick that sinks you is a whole other level of insult to injury

That was an impressive road playoff win for the Oilers. Played smart, aggressive, hard-skating hockey for a full 60 and made a good Kings team look fairly ordinary - and most assuredly frustrated. Kane, Fredric, Klingberg, Jannmark, Podzolzin, Walman.. contributions everywhere

How is that not a penalty on Clarke? He absolutely ran Kane through the net. Can seriously hurt a guy that way. I don’t care what the score is - that’s a penalty all day long
