Being a Kenyan woman, I hear debates on what constitutes a great husband many times, and I proudly say that Kenya produces some of the best. While no group is perfect, Kenyan men bring a combination of cultural, emotional, and practical strengths into their marriages, making them outstanding life partners. Kenyan men grow up knowing the weight of responsibility. They learn from a tender age that being a husband is not just about love; it is about being a protector and a provider.

Many are wondering where the Gen Z mojo that was so hot went to. The Gen Z movement simply disintegrated because the medicine for greed had not been discovered yet. No doubt, selfishness is the fertile ground around which all social good fail to germinate, or rather the seeds rear their heads but do not form leaves, and if they form the first set of leaves, they wither immediately and dry up unceremoniously, ashes returning to ashes.

I have come across “educated” people giving advice to their “friends” that “if you are not comfortable in that marriage, just leave and look for comfort elsewhere.”What these so-called educated and sophisticated people often fail to tell their friends is that sometimes they could be the cause of the lack of comfort in the relationships.

In terms of design, women are the most complicated vessels, vessels whose algorithmic balance in terms of intake, output and uptake is too complicated for even PhD level mathematics. I read somewhere that everything a woman receives, she is able to magnify it to a larger scale and produce a better version. If we take garbage in, we generate garbage that is smellier than the untreated Nairobi sewer content.

I’ve written several articles about dating and I’m sure, at some point, you have agreed with me that dating in itself is such an extreme sport. From being contacted by fake people who only want to chew and flee, to the clueless Boaz, to the sweaty, boring Alphonce, to being ghosted and disappointed. These plus other potentially weird traits that you’d go back to your house and want to literally throw up. Dating is not for the faint hearted. It needs time. Sacrifice.

A retired principal has asked men to be friends with their wives. According to Philip Ombura, a retired principal of Awendo Centre of Excellence, men should ensure they cultivate a good friendship with people at home, with their wives topping the list. He says this is important because when one retires having spent the better times enjoying life outside, home would be a place of isolation. “To my colleagues, make friends, first of all, with your wives. If she is dead, look for another one.

More than the Gen-Z movement whose driving forces and possible sponsors remain cloudy and unseen, calls of nature are just as spontaneous and as compulsive as this movement giving the son of Sugoi and state operatives sleepless nights. It’s a spontaneity that appears too organised and unnatural that it attracts the suspicion of all security organs regarding the logistics funding. But the universe was created long before the bizarre uprising of the amorphous Gen-Z arrived.

Media personality Betty Kyallo on Monday said she would take legal action against those who defame her and her brand. Through her socials, Betty said some blogs post unverified information for clicks and likes, undoing years of hard work. “They do this clicks, likes and views but it is extremely detrimental to all the hard work I’ve continuously put in over the years. “There have to be consequences for such malicious actions.
