The Ice and Fire Festival, held in downtown Harrisburg, featured more than 60 ice sculptures representing the city and local businesses. Fans were lining the streets before the sun came up on Valentine’s Day, already tailgating, cheering and chanting “E-A-G-L-E-S” with anyone who would join in. The parade will start outside of Lincoln Financial Field, moving north on Broad Street toward City Hall.
