Software investment firm Thoma Bravo has agreed to acquire portions of Boeing's digital aviation solutions business in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $10.55 billion. Boeing said Tuesday the deal will help strengthen its capital structure and is expected to be finalized by the end of 2025, subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions.

First came a revamped search feature that violates well established best practices.

A few improvements would turn this game from yawn to yumAuthor illustration. Oatmeal and waffles from Freepik. It started, like many addictions, with one word game: the original Wordle. Every morning after the pandemic started, I’d start my day trying to guess the word in four or fewer tries. I got a kick out of delightful little morsels — “Magnificent,” “Impressive,” “Great.” Even “Phew!” was fun when I needed all 6 guesses. Gradually, I added Quordle and Octordle.
