A national charter bus company was sued in a potential class-action complaint by pro-Israel demonstrators, who said bus drivers conspired to walk out on the job and leave them unable to get to a rally in Washington, D.C., last month. The case, filed in Manhattan federal court Monday, follows reports from around the country last month of Jewish and pro-Israel groups who said their planned transportation to and from the November 14 rally in the nation's capitol fell through at the last minute.

Fallen crypto mogul Sam Bankman-Fried was convicted of all seven fraud charges stemming from the collapse last year of his digital currency exchange FTX, which left customers, investors and lenders with billions of dollars in losses. The jury of three men and nine women delivered a swift verdict after just over four hours of deliberations. At the judge's instruction, Bankman-Fried, 31, rose and faced the jury forewoman as she read the verdicts. He showed no emotion.

New York jurors began deliberating the fate of Sam Bankman-Fried Thursday afternoon, after hearing a month of testimony and evidence in the criminal fraud trail stemming from the collapse of his cryptocurrency exchange FTX. Bankman-Fried is charged with seven counts of fraud, four of which carry prison terms of up to 20 years. The ultimate length of his sentence will be determined by Judge Lewis Kaplan of Manhattan federal court if he is convicted.
