TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The 13th annual Kansas Book Festival brought many out to Washburn University’s campus on Saturday. This year’s event took place in a different spot on campus, allowing for more space and interaction. “People can come in and actually spend time at the tables and shop and talk with us,” said Meadowlark Press owner Tracy Million Simmons.
