DONIPHAN, Mo. (KBSI) - A joint Disaster Recovery Center returns to Doniphan starting Monday, September 16 through Friday, September 20 to give Missourians impacted by the late May storms another opportunity to talk face-to-face with disaster recovery specialists. The center is located at the Ripley County Caring Community Partnership building, 209 West Highway Street in Doniphan. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.

JACKSON, Mo. (KBSI) - Jackson police ask for the public's help identifying someone they say was involved an alleged counterfeit incident. Police say the person in the photos was involved in an alleged counterfeit incident at the Jackson Walmart. Anyone with information on the identity of the person in the photos is asked to call Cpl. Slinkard at 573-243-3151 ext. 2110. Tipsters can also email [email protected], [email protected] or message the Jackson Police Department Facebook page.

UNION COUNTY, Ill. (KBSI) - Union County Sheriff's deputies and Jonesboro police officers ask for the public's assistance in locating a man who is wanted on an out of state warrant and has a previous history of violent crimes. Police are looking for 21-year-old Samuel G. Spencer. He is described as having tattoos on the side of his face, hand and wrist. Police say the photo of him was taken three to four years ago. He was last known to be living in Jonesboro.

KUTTAWA, Ky. (KBSI) - Residents in Kuttawa, Kentucky may experience low water pressure on Wednesday. This is due to the plant shutting down to make repairs the the clarifier tank. City workers expect the plant running by late Wednesday night on September 11 or early Thursday morning.

Allyssa Clarice Collins, 30, of Kansas City faces charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of drug paraphernalia and felony delivery of a controlled substance into a jail facility. She was arrested on September 6 at 9:30 p.m. by Doniphan police.
