1. IntroductionIn recent years, with the continuous development of internet technology and big data, people’s functional demands have evolved from merely detecting past events to real-time monitoring and further to predicting future occurrences [1,2,3,4,5]. By analyzing vast amounts of data, it is possible to predict the likelihood of events occurring, helping decision makers formulate practical plans and avoid one-sidedness and errors in decision making.
