5. Materials and Methods 5.1. GeneralReagents and consumables were purchased from Fisher Scientific/Chemical, Crawford Scientific, or Sigma Aldrich unless specified otherwise. Athymic nude nu/nu mice and NSG mice were purchased from Charles River UK Ltd. (Margate, UK).
