Penn State men’s basketball (15-14, 5-13 Big Ten) was beaten by Indiana (17-11, 8-9 Big Ten) 83-78 on Wednesday night in Bloomington, Indiana. Ace Baldwin Jr. led the way with 22 points in a back-and-forth affair. The Nittany Lions led for the majority of the game, but a late push from the Hoosiers was too much for Penn State to overcome. Mike Rhoades rolled out Baldwin, D’Marco Dunn, Freddie Dilione V, Zach Hicks, and Yanic Konan Niederhauser as the starting five for the matchup against Indiana.

Penn State women’s lacrosse (2-3) was defeated by Drexel (3-2) 14-9 at Panzer Stadium on Wednesday afternoon. The Nittany Lion offense couldn’t find its rhythm until very late in the game, but the four goals in the fourth quarter weren’t enough to get past the Dragons. Ashley Bowan got the start in the cage for the Nittany Lions as Erika Ho grabbed the opening draw. The offense couldn’t generate any shot opportunities and Drexel went the other way.
