Congratulations to Chris Waldenberger’s family near Marquis, SK for winning our third country cookout this spring. The family farm is predominately a grain operation between the communities Marquis and Tuxford, northwest of Moose Jaw. Thank you to all of our country cookout sponsors for making these types of events happen in rural Saskatchewan.

The second 620 CKRM Country Cookout took us to C2 Farms south of Lewvan, which is a ghost town halfway between Regina and Weyburn. It’s a large farm operation with multiple locations across Saskatchewan including near Ogema. Thanks to Melissa Mannett and Jordan Toppings for providing the soundtrack to Thursday’s Country Cookout. Another chance to win a cookout comes up on Monday, May 5th. Thank you to all of our cookout sponsors for making it possible.

Apparently my Greek salad dressing expired 3 years ago. Proud to say I own an ancient Greek artifact. https://t.co/U0uylouVdY

I've said it a thousand times before and I'll say it a thousand times again, I'm so glad we don't change time in SK. The spring time change screwed me up for a week in AB and MB.
