    LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - The man accused of a deadly shooting at Aliante Casino, then leading police on a high-speed pursuit, will face 28 felony charges. Aerion Warmsley, 19, appeared in a North Las Vegas Justice Court courtroom Tuesday morning before Judge Belinda Harris, where he was formally charged with the felonies. Court records reveal some of those charges include murder with a deadly weapon, several robbery and burglary charges, along with battery charges.

    LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Nevada State Police troopers are investigating a deadly crash involving a pedestrian on I-15 northbound just south of Sahara Avenue Tuesday morning. The crash occurred just after 5:30 a.m. when a sedan and a pedestrian collided. The adult female was pronounced dead on the scene. A news release said that the driver remained at the crash and is cooperating with police. I-15 northbound traffic is being diverted onto the Spring Mountain on-ramp.

    LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Las Vegas police need the public’s help finding a driver who took off after hitting a pedestrian over the weekend. The crash happened at Boulder Highway and Tropicana around 8:35 Saturday evening. Metro shared surveillance of the suspect’s vehicle they’re looking for, along with an exemplar photo. Officers are looking for the first driver, who they say did not stop after hitting the victim.

The suspect, Aerion Warmsley, 19, took police on a valley-wide pursuit that involved three carjackings following the shooting. The North Las Vegas Police Department responded to a shooting around 5:22 a.m. Thursday, several hours after the suspect arrived.
