Intense rainfall may overwhelm drains and canals temporarily, causing flash floods, PUB said. Singapore's National Water Agency, PUB, has announced in a Facebook post that rainy weather can be expected in the next few days. According to an advisory by Meteorological Service Singapore has predicted a monsoon surge between 19 to 21 March, which will bring moderate to heavy showers over the island, and with temperatures expected to drop to a possible 22°C.
