    The NTSB has released some Preliminary Reports on several crashes over the past six weeks. I’ve put together a rundown on what we know. There have been regular official updates on the midair collision between American Airlines flight 1542 and a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter on January 29 and the Preliminary Report was released last week.
