Authorities are investigating a domestic dispute that led to an officer-involved shooting in St. Cloud. The St. Cloud Police Department said that officers were sent to a domestic dispute on the 600 block of Eighth Avenue North. A woman called and said that a man she had a past relationship with lunged at her with his fists up as if he was going to hit her. When officers arrived, they met with both the man and woman as part of the initial investigation.

St. Cloud police are investigating multiple complaints about a male exposing himself to females throughout the city and trying to identify additional victims. The complaints received by police ranged from June 2024 to May 2025 and showed a similar pattern of behavior for each victim. During the incidents, the victims were typically walking, running or standing outside, and the suspect got their attention by waving them over to a vehicle.

A medical emergency is being considered a possible factor in a fatal Minneapolis crash on Thursday night. Minneapolis police said that officers responded to a crash with injuries on the 4300 block of 46th Avenue South just after 7:15 p.m.Authorities found a woman in her 60s receiving medical care, who was then brought to the hospital, where she later died. She was identified by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner as 69-year-old Deanne Marie Hild.

It’s fishing season once again. “We’re loving it, I mean the weather is fantastic,” exclaims Josh Stevenson, owner of Blue Ribbon Bait and Tackle in Oakdale. “So, it’s pretty obvious why to go outside. There’s no excuse to not go fishing.”The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) says as of Thursday, 317,411 people bought Minnesota fishing licenses, a 10% increase over last year. “Fishing alone is a $4.4 billion industry in Minnesota,” says DNR Commissioner Sarah Strommen.
