SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) -TODAY: With high pressure in place over the Midwest, we will have plenty of sunshine today so be sure to grab your sunglasses! Temperatures will still be slightly below average, only making it to the upper 70s. Humidity levels will also be low, making for a very pleasant day. TONIGHT: Mainly clear skies with temperatures falling to the mid 50s again. THE WEEKEND: As we head into the weekend, highs will hover right around 80 degrees.

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) -TODAY: Mostly cloudy to start the day with peaks of sunshine this afternoon. Some scattered storms possible this morning, below severe criteria. Another slight chance around dinnertime, but our greater chance at strong to severe storms will develop later tonight after 9pm and continue overnight. Biggest threats will be heavy rainfall and damaging wind gusts. Aside from the wet weather threat, we are looking at hot and humid conditions today.

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) -TONIGHT: Partly cloudy to mostly clear skies overnight as winds begin to pick up. We could see wind gusts up to 20-25mph later on. Temperatures hold fairly steady in the mid to upper 20s but it will feel like we are in the teens. TOMORROW: Mostly sunny skies, warmer and breezy. Highs top off in the lower 50s! Winds will be out of the southwest at 10-15 mph, gusts 25-30 mph.
