The folks over at Pro Football Network have a new seven-round mock draft out just days before the start of the 2025 NFL draft. In this simulation, PFN has Pittsburgh working a trade with the Houston Texans to move back to pick No. 25 and getting pick No. 53 in this year's draft as well as a third-round pick in the 2026 NFL draft. There's no doubt the Pittsburgh Steelers want to be a run-first offense. The team added offensive coordinator last offseason to facilitate that philosophy via running backs Najee Harris, Jaylen Warren and Cordarrelle Patterson.
