So far this season, MetLife Stadium hasn’t exactly been “home sweet home” for the New York Giants. The Giants are not only winless in two games played on their home turf this season, but their offense has yet to score a touchdown in two games played. I’m sure the last thing you want to do is be in the gym or on a hot field. However, I’ve learned that summer training is a vital part of every athlete's growth and development.

The summer is the perfect season to get outdoors and be active. After dealing with a lot of inclement weather, the long-awaited warmer temperatures are here, and it’s time to embrace some fun in the sun. Nothing makes me happier in the summer than being involved with many outdoor activities.
