BRIEF EXPLANATION Endoscopic resection for large polyps in patients with Peutz–Jeghers syndrome (PJS) is technically demanding because of poor maneuverability of the endoscope and a high complication rate.1 This case illustrates the use of gel immersion endoscopic mucosal resection (GIEMR) for a pedunculated PJS polyp. A 24-year-old woman with PJS and a history of partial small-bowel resection for enteric intussusception presented with vomiting.
