Anglesey County Council’s executive agreed a recommendation to relocate Ysgol Uwchradd Caergybi pupils to a brand new school building for 11–18-year-olds. Victorian station building extension plans submitted to Gwynedd planners

A bid to extend a listed Victorian station building on a world famous heritage railway will come before Gwynedd planners. Listed building consent is being sought over work on Minffordd Station House, part of the historic Ffestiniog Railway, near Penrhyndeudraeth. An application has been listed on Cyngor Gwynedd’ planning portal calling for permission to demolish an existing modern single storey extension and to erect a new two storey extension.
