    The proprietary William Blair/PCO M&A Specialists Pest Index increased 9 percent year-over-year in February 2025, the same as January’s result. The first two months of 2025 were slightly below the long-term average pest index growth rate of 10 percent. “After normalizing for one less workday in February, the pest index increased 12 percent to 13 percent year-over-year,” says William Blair Equity Researcher Tim Mulrooney.

    My dad was a fantastic artist. He could doodle and draw almost anything. Meanwhile, God has given me many talents, but artistic ability is not one of them. I tried to learn how to play guitar but failed. I took a shop class in high school and made salt-and-pepper shakers that only a mother could love (but not use). I signed up for an art class in college and nearly failed the course.
