    More than a dozen Freedom of Information Act requests were filed into Mayor Mike Duggan's office, seeking records dating back to 2014, when he took office. Requests include emails between Duggan, his staff and former police executives, and the White House. Others seek information on his expenses, expletives used in emails, travel accommodations and police records. At least one request seeks information on Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and her husband Ryan Friedrichs.
