A Singapore-based house hunter is one of a number of parties interested in a “very rare” Queensland property that has hit the market for the first time. Renowned Sunshine Coast builder Col Wallace built Wintergreen — comprising six bedrooms, four bathrooms and seven car spaces — on the tree-laden, sprawling Buderim block in 2009.
